This policy explains what information LeepX collects when you use this website and take the assessment, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language on purpose.

1. Who we are

"LeepX", "we" and "us" mean [legal name of the business that runs LeepX], with its registered address at [registered address]. We decide how your information is used, and we are responsible for it.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your first name, email address and WhatsApp number, including the country code.
• Your assessment answers: your work situation, years of experience, industries, kinds of work you have done, tools you know, your current income range and income goal, the change you want, cohorts that interest you, international exposure, interview history, the hours you can give, and the amount you could invest.
• Optional details: your LinkedIn profile link and anything you type into the free-text boxes.
• Progress through the assessment: which questions you have answered, saved as you go, even if you leave before finishing. Until you share contact details, this is not linked to your name.
• How you use the site: pages viewed, buttons clicked, the site or ad that brought you here, your device and browser type, and approximate location based on your internet address. We collect this through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity may record how you scroll and click so that we can improve the pages.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website. Payments are made on our payment partner's checkout page.

3. Why we use it

• To prepare and show your assessment summary, and to send a detailed version to your email.
• To contact you on email and WhatsApp about your summary and the LeepX programs that suit you.
• To answer your questions.
• To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
• To keep records that the law requires.

We use your information because you have agreed to it when you submit the assessment. You can withdraw that agreement at any time (see section 7).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run LeepX, and only for the purposes above:

• Google, for the spreadsheet where your answers are stored, for email, and for Google Analytics.
• Microsoft, for Clarity.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when we message you there.
• Our payment and course platform, [payment / course platform, for example TagMango], if you join a program.
• Our website host.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Some of these providers store data outside India.

5. Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar tools, mainly from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to measure visits and understand how pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and answers for as long as we are in touch with you about LeepX programs, and for up to [retention period, for example 24 months] after our last contact. After that we delete or anonymise them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

7. Your choices and rights

• See or correct your information. Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to fix it.
• Delete your information. Ask us to erase it.
• Stop messages. Reply "STOP" on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
• Raise a complaint with us first, using the contact details below. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We aim to respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We limit access to your information to the LeepX team members who need it, and we use reputable providers with their own security controls. No online service can promise complete security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

9. Age

This website and our programs are meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email or WhatsApp.
