These terms apply when you use the LeepX website, take the assessment, or join a LeepX program. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

LeepX is run by [legal name of the business that runs LeepX], with its registered address at [registered address]. "We" and "us" mean that business. "You" means the person using the site or joining a program.

2. Who can use LeepX

You must be at least 18 years old. The information you give us must be true and your own.

3. The assessment

• The assessment is free. It gives you a summary based on the answers you choose.
• The summary is general guidance. It is not professional career, financial or legal advice.
• Any income figure shown is an estimate based on what you told us. It is not a promise or a forecast.
• The programs we recommend are suggestions. You decide whether to join.

4. No job or income guarantee

We do not guarantee a job, a client, or any level of income. What we commit to is the program itself: the system, the feedback and the live access. By the end of your cohort you will have a profile, a portfolio and an outreach process built and reviewed. The results you get depend on your effort and on things outside our control.

5. Programs, fees and payment

• Program details, dates and fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, [payment / course platform, for example TagMango]. Their terms also apply to your payment.
• Learners outside India can pay in their local currency where the checkout offers it.
• A seat in a cohort is confirmed once payment is received. Waitlisted cohorts are not confirmed until we open them and you complete payment.

6. Refunds

If both of us put in full effort for the full length of the cohort, meaning you show up, do the work and use the feedback, and you still do not find value, you can ask for a refund.

No refund is issued if you drop out or discontinue for personal reasons.

To request a refund, write to [contact email] within [number of days, for example 7 days] of the end of your cohort.

7. Access and community

• Recordings of live sessions are shared with the cohort. You keep access to the Resource Hub, templates and recordings after the program ends.
• Program materials are for your personal use. Please do not share, resell or publish them.
• Be respectful in live sessions and community groups. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, or shares material that is not theirs to share. Removal for these reasons does not qualify for a refund.

8. Our content

The website, the assessment, the program materials, and the LeepX name and logo belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Learner stories

The stories and quotes on this site describe the experiences of individual learners. They are shared with their knowledge, and they are not typical or guaranteed results.

10. Other websites

The site links to other services, such as WhatsApp and our checkout page. We are not responsible for how those services work or for their content.

11. Our responsibility to you

We run the site and the programs with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost income or lost opportunities. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the program in question.

12. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in [city, for example Gurugram, Haryana].
